Our creations slowly come to life in the hands of the artisan... and as soon as they are ready, they take the path to your home, infused with magic.

 

Processing times:
Each order is lovingly processed within 2-4 business days. Custom-made items may take a little longer, but you will always be informed of the progress.

 

Shipping Methods:
We use standard Canadian postal services (or other depending on your region). A tracking number will be sent to you when possible.

 

Delivery costs:

  • Free shipping on all orders of $125 or more (Canada only)

  • Otherwise, a fixed fee will be applied upon payment
