Our creations gently come to life in the hands of the artisan… and as soon as they are ready, they make their way to your home, infused with magic.
Processing times:
Each order is lovingly processed within 2 to 4 business days. Custom-made items may take a little longer, but you will always be kept informed of their progress.
Shipping methods:
We use standard Canadian postal services (or another service depending on your region). A tracking number will be provided to you when available.
Delivery costs:

Free shipping on all orders of $125 or more (Canada only)

Otherwise, a fixed fee will be applied at the time of payment.
